I’m Tessa - founder of Virtual by Tessa.  I'm a virtual assistant for photographers who want structure, systems, and sanity back in their business.  I work with photographers who are ready to stop juggling backend chaos and start focusing on what they actually love - creating magic with their cameras.

After years of working in the wedding industry (on the planning side), I saw just how much photographers were being pulled in a hundred directions - and how much time was being lost on emails, systems, and logistics.  I’ve seen firsthand how many photographers are buried in emails, invoices, and timelines. That’s when I knew I could help.
